Membership

Once you have become a member of the eurocreme.com website we will not use your email address for any third party users. We do retain the right from time to time to send you an email with regard to latest releases or special offers that we are running on the site.

Rights

Refunds

We do not refund purchases except where it is determined by us that you are unable to use your viewing credit because of technical problems. We do not process partial refunds. We will credit your viewing credit account for rentals you were unable to use at our discretion.

Expiry

Viewing credit purchased must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Any remaining balance unused after 6 months will be removed from your account.

Failure to Comply

Any failure to comply with any of the above rules and regulations will result in the immediate termination of your account AND FORFEITURE OF ANY VIEWING CREDIT OWED TO YOU. We will undertake any legal action required to recover funds previously paid and compensation for damages incurred if any.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You hereby submit to and agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any actions that may arise under or in relation to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in The Netherlands.

Language

These Terms of Use exist in multiple language versions; in cases of dispute, the English version shall have precedence.
